Build: It may sound quite self absorbed of Gem but she really does love her body. It isn't athletic per say but it is petite with all the curves in all the right places, ample enough to stand out but not so much so that they look awkward on her.

Gem's hair is well known for it's bright shine and luxrious feel, the raven haired tresses fall about midway down her back in fluent waves

Gemeni's eyes are a bright and vibrant green that always seem to hold a smoldering stare. Her parent's often tease her for always conveying her emotions in her stare even when she does her best to hide it. It's something the girl is working on.

Gem is a vibrant personality to say the least and it's never too difficult to tell what is and isn't wrong with her. it could be considered a part of what draws people in to her. Someone so open you would think would be quite inviting to let you in but that just isn't the case with Gemeni. she doesn't trust strangers and this is part due to her parents over protection of her. gem has a difficult time letting anyone in, let alone trusting them but if and when she ultimately knows that you wouldn't let her down, she'll be a constant in your life and the impression first made will be one of utter unimportance because the girl you met and the girl you'll have are completely different.
In all honesty Gem's love of life and freedom are apparent from the get go, but speak to her in depth and you could probably lose yourself in it. Sometimes her passion and thirst for something more border on childish and innocent something many have difficulties believing is genuine. To some she's a fatal combination of attitude and innocence that has a way of taking you in and making you want more. Timid is not something you could ever use to describe gem, she's the girl that will try everything once just to say she's done it or prove you wrong.
Along these same lines though, there are things Gemeni just simply won't agree with, she's set in her ways and her mentality is prove her wrong or leave her be. she isn't a girl to easily change opinions or quickly fooled or made to believe in things, for it some might call her blissfully ignorant but Gem prefers to think everyone else is simply insane.

History:
The second child to Hadrian and Ysmay Foucault, Gem was like the end of the bundle of surprises for the extremely young couple. Gemeni grew up like most other children, her father worked himself nearly to the bone to support his family, her mother was constantly there to care for her and her brother, with only a year and a half of difference in age between them it was needless to say that their mother had her arms full at all times. They were memorable times though, and they're what Gem looks back on when the life they live now starts to turn into some sort of God forsaken soap opera with no end.
Times were simpler when she was younger, when her father was a mechanic on weekends to bring in extra money and anything and everything in between during the week to bring home the rent money. That never kept him from his children though, Gem still remembers fondly the prompt 7 o' clock dinners her mother would kill her father if he ever dared miss them. She remembered that regardless of however tired he may have been from two hour bus ride into the city for some mail boy position in some big rig company that back then Gem thought was the coolest thing in the world.
They hadn't had family outside of each other, her parents having been disowned by their families after Armand's unexpected conception but that never seemed to stop the couple, in fact Gem remembers that being the time when they were most in love and when their family was the happiest. Gem had dance, her brother had little league and her mom loved to bake, it may not have been a white picket fenced house in suburbia, but somehow the ratty two bedroom apartment in the rustier side of town, felt better.
The years passed though, and promotions from mail boy to file clerk to intern and then associate came rolling in for Gem's father, the mechanic shop was forgotten and suddenly everything Gem wanted, Gem got. It wasn't a problem in beginning by no means, first the move to a nicer apartment and her own room, then it was a new family car and only the best dance school for Gem. It was nice, but it had come at the cost of seeing her father change into a man she no longer remembered. Sometimes dinner was missed because he had to work late at the office to make sure his promotion fell through. Then it was no more getting tucked in because she was a big girl and big girls didn't need daddy to check the closet for monsters or turn on a night light. Then it was, if you're going to dance, make sure it isn't a waste of money and make sure your the best, her father had spent so much time trying to make their lives perfect he didn't realize the utter hell it had turned into for Gem.
By the time she was 13 not only was the flourishing girl living in the lap of luxury, but she utterly hated it and missed all the friend's she'd left behind along with her old life. She instead focused on her sister and living her new life, taking in the perks for what they were worth. The ridiculously oversized (but incredibly comfortable) home she lived in, the pony her father had bought her on her 13th birthday, and of course the intern she'd started dating at the age of 16.
Drake Corvinus had been her father's first intern a man that her father bragged about more than he did his own son at that point and Gem hated him more than she cared to admit. He'd come into her life like a bull dozer though, and it hadn't taken much chasing on his point to get his boss' prized little angel. As the years wore on though, the Foucault family only deteriorated and though Gem has graduated high school and is studying in college, maybe not what her father has in mind, she hasn't been able to take the steps her brother has in fully turning away from her mother and sister.... Or the lifestyle she's become comfortably attached to.
